Wilson fitness club is an opportunity to introduce weight training to our students. The club runs regularly on monday's and thursday's in the weight room from 3:00-4:00. Students who are involved in fitness club are expected to; develop goals, implement strategies to acheive these goals and ultimately use the time in the club to participate in meaningful physical activity.
